• Refunds for prepaid bookings will be issued only if the cancellation is made within the stipulated time.

• We strive to provide prompt and reliable services. However, we are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.
• Passengers must ensure timely arrival at the pickup location.

5. Passenger Conduct

• Passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward drivers and other passengers.
• No smoking, drinking, or illegal substances are permitted in the vehicle.
• Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger will result in additional charges.

6. Liability

• While we take all reasonable measures to ensure passenger safety and satisfaction, we are not liable for:
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings during the journey.
  • Missed flights, trains, or appointments due to delays beyond our control.
  • Any indirect or consequential losses.
